BIO: Karkhanis leads product management, design, engineering and customer success at Turvo. He previously spent 10 years as a product executive at Salesforce. He advanced through the ranks to serve as the senior vice president of product and GM for Einstein Analytics at Salesforce, responsible for driving all aspects of the Analytics Cloud business.


“I don’t think of it as capacity deficits, I think of them as customer expectations deficits. Every time you have a capacity problem, you have a customer experience problem. COVID shed the light on that.”

“Boards are finally saying, ‘What are we doing to embrace this new hybrid economy?’… Half of the companies in the world are not ready for this. They are not ready because they have not digitized their supply chain.”

Seventy percent of supply chain actors needed to execute on your supply chain are not within the four walls of your company. … [Turvo customers’] visibility was within their four walls.”
